Happy Spring

Now that spring is here that only means Baseball/Softball season is in full swing.
This is the best time of year! We here at Coaches Athletic are excited for our
members who have just completed their first session of V-Flex. Early reports are
these kids are seeing the benefits! This only goes to show that this truly works!
Along with hard work and consistent hitting practice the results are amazing.

from time to time. These members are really working hard and putting in the time
it takes to be successful at the plate. We will be starting our next session of V-Flex
